Abstract

In this article we explain TAP THE ARTWORK (ARTAP), a project by Heritage Srl,
an innovative startup based in Turin that works in the field of Smart Cultural
Heritage. In a museum context, Heritage aims to make cultural fruition into
an "event” and make the experience of fruition easy, "smart”, and appealing.
ARTAP is an innovative framework of mobile Apps for museums, designed and
created by providing contextual information, scenarios, personalization, indepth
analyses and full-immersion fruition, through the use and integration
of innovative technology and new forms of communication (Storytelling, User
experience & User interface).
